Yes! Dog boots are a great addition to your dog's closet and can help protect paws in all seasons from snow and unwanted chemicals in the winter, to hot pavement in the summer. Many dog owners use dog boots when appropriate to ensure their dog is comfortable and safe both indoors and outdoors!

Creating a dog boot that stays on was a very important criteria when we designed the Shortie Soft Sole Dog Boots and the All Season Dog Boots. We've been there - no one wants to spend the entire time looking for lost boots outside!

Our dog boots are designed for maximum comfort and are longer in length in the back. The adjustable Velcro straps also help keep the dog boots snug around the legs while flexible.

There are several features to look for when finding the perfect pair of dog boots. A good fitting dog boot should sit flat to the ground and allow the dog to stand in their natural position. The boot should be flexible around the wrists and ankles.

Lots of high-value treats and patience will go far when training your dog to wear dog booties. We recommend start with front paws only and indoors, and awarding your dog with their favorite treats every step of the way. Once they are comfortable, add the back boots and continue rewarding on their first few walks outside.
